Please note, per licensure limitations, we can only accept patients who reside in Washington state.

Please contact our office by phone at 206-546-6000 to schedule. Chelsea, Dr. Hancock’s assistant, is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM to assist you. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

We are intentionally managing our schedule to ensure ongoing availability for established patients. We are currently accepting new patients; however, we limit scheduling to one new patient per week. New patient availability varies and is typically 6–12 weeks out. If our next available appointment is later than you prefer, we are happy to add you to our waitlist and will contact you if an earlier opening becomes available.

Once you are an established patient, appointment availability is generally more flexible and frequent.

Please review our cancellation policy carefully, as your card may be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice.

***Please note we are in network with the following insurance plans: Regence, Premera, Lifewise, Aetna, First Choice and Kaiser PPO. We are out of network with Cigna and United Healthcare.

Office Communication Guidelines

Chelsea, Dr. Hancock’s assistant, works remotely and is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

You can reach us by phone or text at (206) 546-6000. Calls after 1:00 PM will be returned the next business day.

Please do not text urgent matters, as messages are monitored only during business hours.

You may also message us through the [Charm Patient Portal]. Dr. Hancock focuses on extended in-office visits to provide comprehensive care and is unable to respond to messages in depth. Messages are best for:

  • Brief updates between visits

  • Quick questions about your current treatment plan

New concerns, referral requests, or complex questions should be addressed during a scheduled visit.

Chelsea is available on Charm for scheduling, billing, and other administrative questions.
