Office Hours

The office is open by appointment only. Dr. Hancock is generally in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 9-6 PM. She sees patients remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.

*Please note that beginning June 10 -September 4, the office will be closed on Fridays.*

Office Communication Guidelines

Chelsea, Dr. Hancock’s assistant, works remotely and is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

You can reach us by phone or text at (206) 546-6000. Calls after 1:00 PM will be returned the next business day.

You may also message us through the Charm Patient Portal. Dr. Hancock focuses on extended in-office visits to provide comprehensive care and is unable to respond to messages in depth. Messages are best for:

  • Brief updates between visits

  • Quick questions about your current treatment plan

New concerns, referral requests, or complex questions should be addressed during a scheduled visit.

Chelsea is available on Charm for scheduling, billing, and other administrative questions.

Please note the dispensary is not open or available while Dr. Hancock is away.

If there is an emergency dispensary need, you can place an order with Chelsea, and she can process and ship that out to you. Please also remember that you can order most supplements directly from Fullscript and the button is available at the bottom of our website.

If you have an urgent matter and are a current patient, please call the office phone at 206 546 6000 to be directed to the physician on call.  

Please do not text urgent matters, as messages are monitored only during business hours.

Upcoming Office Closures

The Office will be Closed June 9 - June 15
Please note that the office will be closed beginning Tuesday, June 9 through Monday, June 15 as Dr. Hancock will be out of the office. If you need to order any dispensary, please have your order placed with the office by end of week 6/4.

Please note that the office will be closed beginning Wednesday, July 15 through Wednesday, July 22 as Dr. Hancock will be out of the office. If you need to order any dispensary, please have your order placed with the office by the morning of Monday, 7/13.

Chelsea will be available via Charm portal, phone or text between the hours of 9am-1pm Monday - Thursday. For any true emergencies during this time, please visit an urgent care.
