Office Hours

The office is open by appointment only. Dr. Hancock is generally in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 9-6 PM. She sees patients remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.

*Please note that for the months of June, July and August the office will be closed on Fridays.*

Office Communication Guidelines

Chelsea, Dr. Hancock’s assistant, works remotely and is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

You can reach us by phone or text at (206) 546-6000. Calls after 1:00 PM will be returned the next business day.

You may also message us through the Charm Patient Portal. Dr. Hancock focuses on extended in-office visits to provide comprehensive care and is unable to respond to messages in depth. Messages are best for:

• Brief updates between visits

• Quick questions about your current treatment plan

New concerns, referral requests, or complex questions should be addressed during a scheduled visit.

Chelsea is available on Charm for scheduling, billing, and other administrative questions.

Please note the dispensary is not open or available while Dr. Hancock is away.

If there is an emergency dispensary need, you can place an order with Chelsea, and she can process and ship that out to you.  Please also remember that you can order most supplements directly from Fullscript and the button is available at the bottom of our website.
